3. How does F&B Connect work?
Hiring companies search the F&B talent database using smart filters such as role, experience, availability, skills and other relevant criteria for their vacancy. When an employer believes you are a good match, they can reach out to you regarding an opportunity via email directly, with all further communication taking place directly between you and the employer, outside the platform.
4. Can I specify what type of job I am looking for?
Yes. You select your preferred role(s), so hiring companies only connect with you with relevant opportunities.
5. Can I update my profile when there are changes in my availability or when I gain more experience?
Yes. You should keep your profile updated whenever your desired role, experience, availability, location, or skills change.
6. Does having a profile guarantee that I will get a job?
No. The platform connects F&B professionals with hiring companies, but employment decisions are made directly between candidates and employers.
7. Who can see my profile?
Your profile is visible to verified hiring companies using the platform to search for F&B talent.
8. Can I create a profile if I am currently employed?
Yes. You can create a profile if you are currently employed and are open to new opportunities. If you wish to pause your job search, simply change your Connect Status to ‘Don’t Connect’. Your profile will then be hidden from hiring companies until you choose to make it active again.
9. Can I delete my profile?
Yes. You can delete your profile at any time.
10. Is my contact information shared with employers?
